OUR FOUNDER

Bali Nirwana Garments was founded in 1978 by a textile trading family who ventured out and diversified into apparel manufacturing and exporting trade.
Previously starting out with 25 sewing machines and 50 employees, Bali Nirwana Garments has since then expanded continously and earned an international reputation under the leadership of:

Bali Nirwana Garment's marketing staff make regular visits to Europe and other parts of the globe to keep us up to participate in trade shows and enabling us to keep up to date with the latest emerging trends.

 Merchandising.

With an exceptional team of merchandisers, we have successfully kept our commitments and buyers expectations with service and flexibility. Problems are foreseen and highlighted immediately and solved through experience and informed decisions with our clients.

 

 The Purchase Department.

Equipped with internal networks, on time raw materials are provided for smooth flow of production. Both local and import sourcing are regularly done. Bali Nirwana Garments is also curated to work with buyer appointed suppliers.

 QA Department.

The highly trained staff conduct regular fabric inspections, sample inspections, pre production inspections, in-process sewing inspections, audit-finishing and final random inspection.

The Pattern Cell

Equipped with the latest Lectra System for pattern grading, the fully computerized pattern cell at Bali Nirwana Garments allows precise patterns for the perfect trend and style.

Sampling Room

Bali Nirwana Garment's places high importance on intial product developments. The sampling room conducts trials and fitting test on models as well as on dummies to ensure the perfect garment fit.

Cutting Department

Fitted with the latest Gerber automated cutting machines, these high-ply cutters provides benefits of speed, flexibility and accuracy in addition to saving fabric and time.

Sewing Floor

Bali Nirwana Garments has two fullY integrated sewing floors spread over an area of 2,000 sq. meters each. The sewing floors are equipped with the latest machines for decorative stitching, patch pockets, loop attaching and welt pocketing to name a few.

 

 

 

Export Warehouse

Equipped with a spacious and organized warehouse, Bali Nirwana Garments is proud to maintain a well coordinated inhouse warehouse ensuring a smooth and flexible platform for distribution of all products.

The Washing Plant

Bali Nirwana Garment's is one of the few garment manufacturer's in Indonesia that is equipped with an in house washing plant and laundry set up. Offering various types of washes including used look, stone wash, destroyed effect, sand blasting,tinting, stone bleach, crinkle effect, hand scraping, enzyme wash and more. BNG is pre equipped to meet all washing finishes.

Furthermore, the Company is committed to the continuous improvement of its personnel polices. All personnel policies and the Social Policy are available for review in the ISO office. The Social Policy statement is provided to employee during new employee orientation. In addition the full Social Policy is reviewed with all the employees during new employee orientation.
